Factory tow package pigtail

Does anyone know where it's located? Im trying to put a tekonsha in a friend of mien's truck and I cant fing the leads under the dash

Gary79F250, I have an 03 Excursion with the factory tow package. The pigtail in that truck is to the right of the steering column above the transmission hump. There is a large fuse panel that covers under the steering wheel. Remove the cover and look to the right. If the truck has the automatic climate control there is a white hose that runs in front of it. On my truck, the connector is gray and faces toward the back of the truck and down. It is hard to reach, but it should be there.
