I have just released my New traction bars for the 94-02 Dodge Rams here are the specs.
Frame mounts are constructed from 3/16 angle and 3/8 plate
Axle mounts are made from 3/8 plate
Tubing is inch and 3/8 DOM tubing with 3/8 wall thickness

Standard bars come with Stainless steel polyurethane bushing rod ends rated at 30,000 lateral static load on the axle mount side. Heim joints made from 4130 chromoly at the axle end rated at 45,000 lateral static load.

Street bars have all the same specs just polyurethane rod ends on both ends.

Extreme duty or Off road bars include Heim joints on either end.

Brackets are universal to either rod end so you can upgrade or change in the future with use of spacers.

Standard: 575.00
Street: 535.00
Race: 620.00
All kits come with all hardware for installation pictures display prototype model which is very similar to production version each set is made to order you can reach me at 253 376 8002. I start the Ptototype Bars for the 03-05 Rams this week.

Kyle, They look pretty good man :thumbsup: I like how they mount on the frame, this looks like prolly the best way to do it.

Do you offer them in a powder coated finish?

pricey little buggers, I picked up some pro-comps for my axle wrap. I won't be doing any pulls with her, so I just needed a quick fix, I like the bars except for the name on them. Kyle's bars look pretty beefy!

Yes they are sold with or without finish. Powder coating of your choice of color is about 50.00 or you can take them to a local powder coater yourself and get it done for the same price. I just didnt want to make them all black when some people want a different color.
