Mentally Unstable..
Well, I had dual stacks on the pickup, but I couldn't stand the noise of the driver side pipe screaming when cruising on the highway with the windows down...so this morning, sick as hell, I went out and pulled the driver side pipes off. I put an old elbow I had laying around on it and run it into the existing piping. I fired it up, and took it for a drive...
Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick....DAMMIT!
I must have jarred the exhaust manifold seal, now she has a piece missing out of the left side collector pipe and it's pretty ripe.
So, instead of me going to an exhaust shop and making my wallet empty....I decided I might drive that turbo gear on her. I can't see it costing very much...just a couple seals, gaskets and an oil feed line adn I can bolt it all up.
I can't win!!!
