Door Pannel

[black haze]

I have a 1992 ram 250..Just purchased a new speaker system, installed many of them, but i am clueless about this pannel..Anyone done this before?Some advice on how to remove the door pannel?

I have never pulled the panel on a first gen dodge. I immagine its just like the rest, pop the window crank/PW/PL switches and pull the panel off. Just have some new clips handy to put back on the panel.
