Sounds like more BS for the buck. $5-600.00:Sly This may be a dumb question but I make up for it by asking a lot of them.
Summitt has a CryO2 setup that is supposed to get up to 60% cooler air using liquid CO2. Spray it into the air intake and/or onto the intercooler.
It is designed for the Ricers, at least this version. Maybe that explains it. That is why it is a dumb question in the first place.
I am just curious has this latest device been used in oilburners for more performance drags/pullers,etc.??
Seems like you could use a cold water spray on the intercooler almost as well.
Alcohol/water/ice gets painfully cold. Alcohol burns, would it be a hazzard in this situation, or is it diluted enough by the water? Driver/pit crew need some too.
What would it cost to refill a 5 lb. tank of liquid co2??
Enough questions for now. Thanks
