Got an odd problem. 85 with manual trans. Vacuum cruise works fine, but when you tap the brake, or use it, it disengages but resumes as soon as you lift your foot, unless you have braked for a full 4 seconds or more. Having a manual i ususally don't brake that long. Since it does recognise the brake action, i assume the dump valve is OK.
Normal or a controller issue? Clymer's is worthless.
