Cost of driveshafts

Im gonna need 2 shortened. One about 8 inches and the other about 10. and one lengthened about 20 inches. any idea what this would cost. No shops are open right now for me to call.

bout a year ago i had an aluminum drive shaft shortened @ 7 inches for a short bed chevy i rebuilt and it was like $60 iirc and i had to have another made because they said they couldnt lengthin it safely and it was like $120 for a 60" steel drive shaft balanced and all

I've always gotten new ones built, rather than mod my old ones (in case I need to go back for whatever reason). $200 to $300 outright if I recal.

i had it done years ago for around 25 but that didnt include balancing. i would recomend them be balanced. shortening is much easier and quicker than lengthening. they have to re-tube them to make them longer instead of just cutting them down.
