Contact Mel. I know he will have them new and used. Try some atf and press up on the spring under the valve. It might free up. Can't say if it will continue to operate. Most any pump in a wrecking yard will have this. Even the pumps on the chevys. Even the diesel engines in the cars that never really worked right. Remember the 350 block diesel engines. What a mess they were.

The owners I knew of that had these engines were not happy with all the problems. One repair for a front main seal leak was clean off the oil and replace the seal. then apply plenty of rtv to the crank and new seal. Let dry. Run engine and be happy if it worked... Really bad idea to fix a design failure. They just did not work out in the real world like they did on paper.

I remember people using gasser oils in them.10w40 and 20w50 was the norm here.plus removing the thermostat as many old timers thought 180-195 was too hot. They wanted to be able to touch the top of the radiator at all times.
