Well, If you had spent the extra money on the Baumann TCS you could have a separate set of variables for the "Towing Mode" with the flip of a switch, and the ability to pick the gears with the push of a button. Ya might want to give Baumann a call and get their solenoid pak upgrade for around $100.00. That's probably where your problem lies, anyway. It's BS for sure that they changed their mind and treated you like crap! There is a fellow over at the diesel place that had a similar bad experience with ordering a turbo kit for a 6.2. It sounds like they told him some things and then when the time came to do said things they changed their mind. That name Sweeney was mentioned by him too IIRC... Good old Gale Banks, if you can get past the fact that thier parts should be gold plated for the price, they make you regret it after the sale...
