are 1994 6.5's prone to block cracking?

This guy has a 1994 sub for sale with coolant in the oil. he's asking $800 and is in really nice shape and runs. 220,000 miles I beleive he said and a 4x4. What are my chances it is just a blown head gasket. I'm betting pretty low.

more info, there is no extra pressure in the cooling system, so what the heck, thought a HG or a cracked block would cause pressure.

Yes the blocks are prone to cracking. Primarily the rear 2 cylinders. As the material is thin in those areas on the cylinder walls.
