Anyone have a 2wd cab-chassis F350 with a 1st gen ('86-'91) Sterling axle?

If you do, please confirm U-joint size at axle yoke, 1350 or big-cap 1330? You can measure diameter of caps on the driveshaft side of this joint, 1.188 is 1350 and 1.062 is 1330. Measuring caps that go into the axle yoke is not ideal because Ford's 1330 joints use special larger caps there (1.125" dia) and difference between a 1330 and a 1350 joint will not be as apparent. Thanks!

Dually is perfect, the higher the GVW the better the chance of it being a factory 1350 joint. As long as it's a Sterling axle in the rear. Which looking at your signature your '89 should be it. Your '93 F-Superduty has a monster D80 under it, that's different setup that will not work for my project. Thanks in advance!

I have one under my truck from an 85 cab and chassis. That doesn't fall into the year range you specified though.

Sle2115, the reason I avoided '85 was because it was a split year, some trucks got Dana axles and some got Sterlings. Didn't want folks wasting their time measuring up a Dana yoke. And the reason I left out the 4x4 cab-chassis is because they are impossible to find in u-pull-it-yards - there is actually a good chance the 4x4s got the big yoke, but it does me no good if I can't get my hands on one.
