Alternator ?

My alternator isn't charging at idle. give it a little pedal and its fine but at idle, no charge. Its an '02 7.3 4x4 w/80,000mi. is this covered under my 100,000mi engine warranty?

doubtful----but--what all you got running at idle????? have it tested at autozone or somewhere---
