97e350 engine

I have 253k on the engine 5.4l triton v8 it drives excellent now but maybe some day and I love this van how dificult is it to swap the engine for a rebuild one?

I'm not buying one from jasper so what else is there?

Van just equals pita to work on. I know of a link on how to do it and i'll post it here when I find it again...

I was told I could have a free engine and tranny out of a 97 e350. Spent hours screwing with it and gave up. Maybe if I had another one to put it in, but not worth it for me.
