A friend of a friend got a 95 3500 dually. Auto (dumba$$) 2wd. Side of engine says 165hp.

Anyways, he's one of them types that wants it to blow some smoke. Not a lot, but some.
So he asked me to help.
I told him I take no responsibility for his engine nor trans if something goes wrong, he agreed.

So he watched some tube videos of guys that completely removed the fuel plate.
So he wanted to do that.

Well we removed it, slid AFC all the way forward, adjusted the star wheel basically all the way it could go forwards, and it just barely puffs some smoke when it shifts to second.

I saw something about adjusting the governed lever, is this the missing part of the equation?
Or am I missing something?
Shouldn't it just be pouring smoke?

(BTW, this is a guy that I kinda stole his gf a few times lol)
