92-97 Grille, and headlights on a 87

has anyone swapped this grille and headlights from a 92-97 onto their brick nose?(87-91)

id like to do this before i decide to paint this badboy.

i know the lower filler panel is different, but whatelse?
will it fit with my existing hood?

Nope, gotta swap the whole front clip. Hood, fenders, core support, cowl. Nothing lines up, core supports are different, the area in the front of the fenders for the lights and other "things" are different. Also, the body line where the fenders meet the cab A-Pilar are a slightly different shape gen to gen, so they do not match up 100%.

Find a nice OBS doghouse and swap them out......

HMMMMM i may have to break my fab skills (or lack there of)
out once again on this project.
hopefully i can find some parts cheap!
the lack of it bolting right in attracts me to do this even more.....

this would have been a great mod to do before i put alot of time into my hood.
with 25 hours into the hood, looks like ill be keeping my 87 front end.
the contours are too different. specifically in the hood area.
one thing to see them on the internet, but another to look at one while having this project in mind.
