76 Dana 44 SFA in a 89 Ford F350 2wd?

Found a cheap 76 Ford F-250 w. 360/4spd/divorced 205. What kind of trouble would i run into trying to put this under my 89 crew cab? Would the steering linkage hook up? Also aside from custom driveshafts, would the GV Overdrive mess with the transfer case in 2wd? What about when i locked it in and the OD was off??? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
