7.3 ticking or knock dont know

I have about 6-800 miles since my rebuild and I am having a tick or knock that I cannot pinpoint. The noise isn't very noticeable at idle but when the engine is warm you can hear what seems to me to be a tick like a lifter collapsing or a rocker arm noise in the back ground of the video. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have three videos total the second one has no talking. Also the noises follows the rpm of the engine.

That's not a tick... that's a dog. Suggest you take care of that one first. It's probably none too happy to be under your hood with the engine running.
