good to know about the timing. as far as cold starting, if my cold idle advance is off it pops, rattles, bangs, and smokes like crazy. when the cold advance is on it runs fine with just a **** of smoke at start up. if i turn the advance on when driving it makes a lot more injector noise, but is also more responsive.

i will have to look for that id tag next time i get a chance

I always get rid of the stock airbox and wrap the crossover and downpipe. I have had several of these, and any timing over 5 degrees will make the turbo lazy and less total boost.

there seems to be quite a few brands of headder wrap out there, any you prefer, stay away from, or does it matter?
