We all know Banks sells an IC for our truck but we ( we meaning any of you guys ) can have one made that flows more, and at almost half the price!
Well, you need to take the measure ments from your stock intercooler, and get yourself on the net and search for a company named "SPEARCO" they are the largest Intercooler core comapny in the US, specify your dimensions, and that you want one that flows the most CFM's to your dimensions, wish I could remember mines part #, then you will have to find a chassis shop or a Good welder with good aluminum, they can make you the aluminum end tanks for your core, they specialize in this type of metal work.
Tally cost=$850
Banks ( flows less than mine ) $1000+
