1999 f550, adding power doirs

I'm going to add power doors to a non power cab, my question is; is the dash harness different between power and non power trucks

yes but it is doable, I added all power to my 03 including heated and lighted power mirrors.

Did you change the cab wiring harness or just add the wiring for what you needed?

just added the wires i needed, used factory switches and pigtails.
