Howdy folks, another request for help .
I have a small skoolbus based on an 1998 e350 power stroke..
I converted to bus to 4*4 using a Quigley adapter and a BW1356 transfer case.
On the tailhousing of the eo4d is a speed sensor with a 7 teeth gear machine in the tail shaft.
I read a lot but it is not clear to me what all this sensor controls.. conflicting info about the RABS sensor used for cluster speed AND eo4d, others say not.
I have not tried to drive it yet so I do not know if the tranny is shifting ok.
Anybody has the real in and outs about this sensor? Electric has two wires..
This is an Econoline E350 .
Thank you, Johan
