    1996 F-350 Died 10-22-10

    My truck was totaled today.:eek::bail My wife is fine. If someone is interested, I could probably buy it from the insurance company. I want the wheels, rear hitch, downpipe, clutch. All the glass is intact. The seats are good.

    1997 Powerstroke No Start

    I have a friend that has a 1997 F-350 with a no start problem. The Injector Driver and ECM were both changed. I just did Valve cover gaskets and harnesses. The IPR plug and wires were shorted to each other. The scanner shows 165 psi to the injectors. If I do a KOEO test, I get a 1283 code...

    I obviously have been working on big 6 bangers too long. How are the cylinders numbered on a 7.3 PSD? I have looked in 2 different Haynes manuals and get 2 different diagrams. One says 1234 on Pass side, 5678 on driver's side. Other says odd on passenger's side, even on driver's. Yet they...

    What is the voltage at the idle validation switch and is it sufficient to power the coil on a relay and signal the ECM?

    I completed my DIY air intake on my 96 F-350. I used a Fleetguard AH1141 and part of a charge air pipe from a Freightliner FLD-120 with a Detroit Series 60. I also used the factory restriction gauge. Total time, 30 min. I don't know if I will gain squat leaving the OEM "scoop"...
