Sometimes I miss hauling wood. Used to have a set of wooden cattle racks and could stick a cord and 1/4 on the truck but we did add coil spring overloads from an old BB chevelle.. Think that may have been overkill:dunno

thanks MUDKICKR we are already all over that first one was the control valve. Second one was weak when I got it in and considering hauling feed, hay, horses, and 500 gallons of water ( no not all at one time) I just finished it off. besides I killed two chevys and an 95 f350 in a whole lot less...
ok seems like a new "bullet proof" trans is almost as much as converting this thing over to the zf5... And seeing as how it may end up sitting awhile I guess I may need to start seeing who has what that they may be willing to part with without breaking my budget.... My wife said she knew what...
got a friend up by you gotta see what his schedule is and try to get him to do a drive by on the truck then if i can figure out how to get it here we will talk further

I have a step dad on one side of the family and a brother on the other side that both work at denso plants in Tennessee. Guality control is big for these guys. I'd buy a denso in a heartbeat.:thumbsup:

Thinking of swapping my 95 f350 dually. currently has a 460 w/347,000 miles a zf5 and 4.11 posi rear. Dont think I want the trouble of swapping in a powerstroke. Will my zf5 cross over? what other potential problems come to mind. This is the rig I pull my horses and feed with so it sees lot's...
