    I would suspect that the Main connector that is couples with the ignition has an issue. Does the truck have Tilt wheel? Try one click up / down from its current position and see if it still does it. If so I would start to look at the harness bundle inder the cover.

    Call Scott up at Mass Diesel. He may be able to find and Fax over the diagnostic test to run with a buddy on the APPS (Me and wheaties did mine) It sounds like the apps is dropping out (From 5 volts to 2 or less) during the 1/2 - 3/4 sweep.

    There are more options than just ez's and VA's too. Diablo make the puck , and Of course you could just slip into a nice comp .... But a stock auto may just fight you on that one LOL

    Pull the front wheels and look at the inboard pads .... you just may have a hung up caliper on one side.

    Odd that this is happening as of late. When maintaining a constant RPM level (I.E seccond gear converter locked@ 2300 RPM) the might cummins sounds like ..... well it sounds allmost like a commonrail coming off pilot injection. Running smooth humm then its allmost like ya tossed in a hand full...

    Really it comes down to two things. 1. I really need every square inch of bed space 2. The truck fits into the garage depending if she has a full tank or not as is :(

    So the Lil lady needs guages eh? I don't have one but my Blue Chip FMC is the EXACT display. A bud put an X monitor in his and I gotta tell ya it's REAL nice. There will soon be mounting options for the 03's soo I am sure

    AHA there's the key word! I have read SEVERAL reports on Superchip's programmer and performance is VERY lackluster to say the least! Many in fact have demanded a refund. I can dig up the threads if ya want. Me ... not worth the money whatsoever.the same cash will land you an EZ or a Van aken.
