Yeah they are a hoot to ride around on I had the stage one on it with a free flowing exhaust with a "muffler" that made it run better since it gave it some back pressure. The key is getting the wheelie down and not busting your head.
I did that too on a motovox mini bike that I swapped the 212 onto. On 12 inch tires it would go 40, most fun but dangerous thing I've ever owned. Have fun and be safe they are designed to kill you.:bail
Well guys after consideration that I'm going to college I decided to sell my truck. It was a hard choice and I really enjoyed all that you guys know. Luckily being young in life I know that this will not be my last IDI. Sure gonna miss the truck and burring my class time on this forum and Wess...
Decided to buy the 8 bucks for 50 feet of garland from Wally-World and go add some décor to the old oilburner. There are LED lights in there to thanks to HFT.
My second E4OD was a used one that came out of a blown up 97 PSD that happens to be built, Anyhow I go into OD at 35 just cruising no trailer with a firm lock up. Now hard on the gas or towing my mowing trailer It tends to let the RPM's ride up higher until around 45 to then drop down and lock...
I'm kinda in the same boat where I get air in the fuel system but it's at random times hot or cold it doesn't matter. Could it be my lift pump starting to go out?

I know that back when my truck was my grandpas farm truck with a bale bed on it, she could take a full loaded 28 foot stock trailer. Not fast but it would get up to 65 on the high way with my grandpa at the wheel. The IDI's will get you there, just not fast.
I broke 3 harbor freight pullers before the third one worked. Then wait till you try to get the pitman arm off the steering box, That took the oxy-acetylene torch to get it hot enough to pop it off .-Flame Thr
I don't know about the filters but, Rural King Is the place for cheap Rotella, you can find it for under 20 bucks a 2.5 gallon jug with a online rebate, Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.
I probably will but Delrin ain't cheap and I'm kinda broke since I work a mowing job and its the off season, I'll see how these work then when the money comes in I can just buy the Delrin and cut it out. These are Prototype 1.
UPDATE Against all of your advice and warnings I have gone ahead and done it. I know it might not work and its gonna get too hot. But I've tested it in the engine and it seems to take the heat and diesel so I'll post how it turns out.
That sounds like air in fuel system, probably your tanks sucking air. If your on the font tank since it's shaped like a cigar, and going down hill the fuel has a tendency to all run to the front and you loose power(since diesels don't run good on air) or just die all together. This has even...
