zf5 replacing t19
I would like to know if I will have any problems switching a ZF5 from an 89 4wd into an 86 4 speed 4wd. Both are 7.3, the 86 was originally 6.9. replacing 6.9 with 7.3 idi
I just bought a rebuilt 7.3 idi still in the crate, that has sat around for 2 years. I want to use the 6.9 flywheel and new clutch, with the 7.3 harmonic balancer. Any problems using my 1986 6.9 inj pump after having it rebuilt? I will be installing a pulse hypermax, should I re-torque the heads...- wrsainio

Hydro Boost Brakes.
I am interested in converting from vac assist to Hydro assist on and 86 250 6.9 and read some of the articles. Does Ford not use a little Heater/blower size motor to use as an assit pump motor in case the ps pump fails or motor stalls etc? We have an old F800 at work that has it and my neighbor...- wrsainio

will a 93 7.3 na fit into an 86 with 6.9 na
I have a chance to buy a rebuilt 1993 7.3 still in the crate for $3000 cdn about $ 2600 U.S. There is no IP but injectors are there. includes heads and oil pan. My question is.Will my 6.9 manifolds int & Exh fit? Can I use my flywheel or will the balance be different? I think my starter,WP VP...- wrsainio
