    fan clutch howls constantly..it's new!

    Started the 6.9 last night

    Finally got everything together and after much patience and cranking, the 6.9 fired up, popped, farted, surged, and then smoothed out to that sweet diesel sound. Ahhhhh! Gotta break her in now. Thanks to all for the encouragement and knowledge! Mike
