Quick core support question.
I'm modifying my core support to swap to the tall radiator vs the wide. My wide core has a rubber sheet that's pinned to the bottom of the core on one side and the other lays in the bottom of the bumper. Essentially a big rubber air deflector. What filter on a 4770 filter head?
I replaced my leaking stock head with the wix 4770 head. Now I need to find a fuel water separator filter that will screw on it in the factory location (7.3). I thought the normal filter would work but the filter gasket is bigger than the base. Anyone have a number that fits? Sent from my...- jeepj667

First problem. Crank No Start
Hey, I just got me a '85 6.9 a couple months ago. It's a spare vehicle so it doesn't get driven much. It hasn't been started in two weeks. Last I drove it was about 250 mi. in a day, up to the cabin property. Had no issues. I tried to start it this morning. Gave the glow plugs 3- 8sec. cycles...- jeepj667
