Swapped a zf5 now what speedo cable
Swaaped a zf5 in my 85 f250. Anybody know which speedo cable is the right cable to make it work with the 85 cluster?- HSkinner

I just swapped the zf5 in behind a 7.3 IDI with low miles. It took some work to get the ATS turbo exhaust to work but I got it in. It has 3:55 in it so it should run out real nice. What would it take to find a cluster with a tach and make it work? Also, What axles will work in the front end to...- HSkinner

new master cylinder brakes are delayed and hard to push.. vacuum??
Also, my auto trans requires the rpm's to be up there a bit to shift. Does it sound like I need a vacuum pump? i- HSkinner

I recently replaced the master cylinder with an autozone unit only because I was in a bad way and they had it. They asked me if the truck was over or under 8500gvw and I said it was over and I now realize that an 86 ext cab f250 is not over 8500gvw. I bench bled it and then still bled it at all...- HSkinner

manual fuel selector valve write up???
Did you do one 3 way valve for the feed and one 3 way valve for the return? How do you get the fuel gauge to work?- HSkinner

1986 supercab longbed 6.9 idi 4x4 to shortbed conversion...
Is the 33 gal bronco tank the best to use for this? If I could find a shortbed with dual tanks it would be cool to use those too.- HSkinner

A LITTLE HELP WITH MY 1986 6.9 air in the fuel system
Fuel selector valve. I've found a couple leaks so far. Can I replace the hard line from the filter to the IP with a rubber line? Is it a common problem for the pickups to rought away? Do I need new complete sending units?- HSkinner

I've spent the last few hours reading everything I can about air intrusion and I think I will just replace all the obvious fuel lines tomorrow. I will do the ATF in the filter after I figure out the air intrusion. Will an e40d bolt up to the 6.9? I really like this truck but I need another gear...- HSkinner
