94 6.5 poor mpg
it might be money better spent but my 4:10 pinion gear shaft was bad that is the intial reason I changed it but went to a more road gear. New A/C problem
when you put new compressor on did you flush your old lines with A/C flush first before you installed your new parts?- tinker927

94 6.5 poor mpg
I have a 1997 6.5 always got 15 to 17 mpg till I changed out my gear ratio. I had 4:10 ratio in it before changed to a 3:73 and my fuel mieage jumped into the high 20's average around 26mpg at 65- tinker927

How about your booster pump on the frame. My 97 has 2 fuel pumps one in the tank the other on the frame if not keeping up pressure it will die with no codes- tinker927

need a problem solved
On my 6.5 the module PMD that runs the pump other than putting it on a aluminum block with fins is there other ways to keep it cool in the summer months. I have a problem it is away from my engine but everything runs so hot that it still lunges when I slow down or stop after running in hot...- tinker927
