turbo dilema
Sounds like you lost a seal in the turbo, removing a turbo is easy if you have a few tools and some time. I can R and R one in about 45 minutes now. SFA is standard on all superdutys, You need to look at the AIH (air intake heater) if you have one its a late 99 if you dont its a early...- CSIPSD

7.3 upgrades and EBP valve
With the stage 1 injectors I would skip the FPR shim and just get a regulated return set up from ITP... A bit more money but worth it in the long run... Comes with a gauge too!- CSIPSD

How much can the PM rods take?
You would be suprized how little effect tire size has on HP on the dyno... maybe 10-15 hp at most for my setup... I would not worry about it, until you step up to injectors your never going to see 350...- CSIPSD

How much can the PM rods take?
Man... ya could have hooked us up...LOL But really, with good tunes you just tune for the HP that the motor can handle... 400hp is the low end of the limit, just do some CP testing and your good to go.- CSIPSD

DP tuner question
THERE IS NO IDLE PROBLEMS with the DP chips... There were ISSUES with the TS blanks that EVERY tuner used. They will default to the #1 setting (most put a hi idle setting there).
