    Ghost EGR

    EGR was replaced under warranty at 93k now have 103k. Thinking about buying an EGR valve and plugging into it with out installing it. Thus "blocking" the EGR circuit but the computer still operating the new uninstalled(ghost) valve to prevent codes.

    Heres the story. '84 250 4X4 free for hauling. Towed it home. Dual exhaust. Pipe for right bank a little white smoke at idle. Increases as RPM increases.     Oil spraying turbo

    This is on a '93 B700 school bus 190hp b-frame with a Hoyt? turbo. If the tube from the turbo to the after cooler is left unconnected(that mechanic should be chewed out) should the turbo spray oil out the tube at highway speeds?
