You still get vapor though. That's the thing that makes our moms/wives not like riding in our trucks. cookoo Same thing that's gumming up my air filter. So long as it's going down the whole length, I wonder if running a RDT all the way to the rear of the truck would work.
Me and my bro were talking about that today. My dad's 08 6.4L Stroke has a catch can with a road draft. Works dag gone good. If I can find one off a 6.4L, I might be able to retro fit it.
Shucks, would have been helpful I'm sure. ;Sweet Oh well, someone has to take the dive. Will start my bracket soon. Got the material and the welder, so I should be set.
My bro runs his road draft tube all the way to the rear of his extended cab on his 99 Stroke. He has no issue so far. I run mine down the back of the engine next to the trans. I deleted the CDR which I don't like and put the road draft tube in it's place. An expansion plug sealed up the...
The above link showed a guy who is running a York along side the factory ac compressor. That's just what I want to do. I don't want to use the York as the ac compressor. My stock one works fine. My plan is to use the York as the air compressor. I won't have to undo anything in the ac system as...
I've got AC and don't want to take it out cause it's blows ice cold. Very nice in the summer. I was wondering if anyone did an on board air setup with a York without sacrificing the AC. Somehow run both compressors.
I just got a york Compressor my bro had laying around. He paid $30 for it and gave it to me. I have searched all over for someone who has done an on board air setup on their IDI using a york and no go. It's all jeep and Cummins. Anyone try this with an IDI? It's looks like a tough fit.
I'll add this, there was also a bottom line basic trim model. Very bland and plain. That's what I got. Not even an XL. It has the fake wood grain on the two trim pieces.

General rule of thumb is, for me: You ain't got no real truck unless you at least have clearance lights on the cab. Here is mine. This is before I cut the messed up wiring harness for the bed.
So it's more trouble than it's worth? It's going to need new bearings and seals anyway. In this case, I have to have at least a T case installed in order to drive my truck on the road. Last thing I need is to get in trouble with the law because my GPS screwed up. Does it matter what kind and...
Hey y'all. I've got a tranny question. I've got an 86 F-350 2WD with a 6.9L Diesel. A PO swapped the original 4 speed for a ZF5 5 speed tranny from a 93 truck. I'm looking to convert it to 4x4, but am wondering what T case I can put on it. The speedometer doesn't work because it is mechanical...
