    7.3 vacuum pump replacement

    I have a 94 E350 with a 7-3 IDI and I can't seem to figure out how to get the vacuum pump off! Do I need to pull the pulley? And if so anyone know if the rentals from AutoZone or Advanced will work? BTW, I have some kind of little stabilizer or tensioner piston on the right side of my pulley...

    I have a 93 F250 I bought for parts. Was sitting in a field for 2 years. Cables rotted, solenoid shot, but when I threw a battery on it and jumped the relay it fired up like it just shut down 5 mins ago! 157k on truck Body rotted I have a 94 E350 What would be good to keep? I don't have...

    Parting out 93 F250 w/Strong 7.3 IDI

    Just want to see if anyone needs anything. Transfercase and maybe tranny are gone. Everything on body has some type of damage mostly rust/rot. Grill is good.Glass is good.

    Anyone run synthetic or 10w30 in the winter?

    Just curious. Would make sense to run a lighter oil, but I don't know the IDI's well enough yet. Also anyone run the longer powerstroke oil filters? They look like they will fit, may need a DIY heat shield.

    I have a 94 E350 w/ E4OD and 4:10 gears. 245/75/16 tires I normally don't tow anything but will be towing a 3k trailer sometimes. I may even tow a 20' trailer loaded to move next year, but maybe I switch back for that trip? On trips we weigh in at 9-9.5k single wheel. Will the 3:55 gears...

    E4OD problems

    Have a 94 E 350 with a 7.3 IDI and E4OD Started leaking tranny fluid from bell housing cover. first through a tube on bottom of cover, then a lot coming out all around cover. I was told it could be front bushing walking out and pushing seal out or "pump capsule" venting when hot. Any ideas...
