    I borrowed my buddies 99 long box, 4x4, 1 ton went from id to ky with a 20ft trailer and picked up a 01 dodge cummins that was broke down. with the trailer empty it avgd 17 and loaded 11.     the only hood it has seen is mine. It is a crate engine from cummins, branny new. It has a whopping 2500 miles on it now. And yes the early 04 had a pcm, but it wouldn't hook up to my dash stuff. They are 2 different animals. Trust me I tried everything.

    Exhaust 4" or 5"

    well i was just wonderin, cause with twins your actually moving up to over twice the air around. I think 5-6 in exhaust would be the choice in that situation, but I agree 4in is all you need for all other upgrades.

    Sorry to hear abot the lp probs, I put the retro kit in the tank.( 260 bucks) Then my guage went out aftera week but showed around 13 at wot. I have heard some bad things about the retro kit, but the press and volume it has and for the money, well.... At least you werent 2000 miles from home...
