That is a good tip...might save me a few bucks from buying coffee on the road...
I swore off soft drinks...good way to gift yourself with a kidney stone...
Do you have 7-11 where you are...? if you do...what do you think of their coffee...?
Is it the taste...? Or the caffeine...?
I don't know what I would do without coffee...when I don't want to stay awake I drink a coffee-flavored drink substitute...
Ok...back to my generator addition on your trailer...it is a 9 inch, right..?
if you install a steeper gear ratio it will...
Looks like according to the size of the load you shoud be good for a while...sorry....had to say that...
On the trailer...does it have a name...? I would name it...
787986F1-2-350 because it was put together from three donor trucks...
I feel sorry for the F-350 that is sitting around...
I read a story about a guy that bought an electronic trash can...the instructions were the first in the can.
The guy said that he was NOT going to read any instructions on how to use a trash can...on principle...
On the topic of instuctions...I am sure you all have noticed how out-of-hand...
That is one nice truck.
Not that I would ever be riding in a 'smart' car...but I would hate to be in one and have that truck right on my back end....
Serious business...
You have every right to be proud of your truck...it telegraphs...'utility and capability'.
Now I know what kind of truck I...
Cute little thing...I see that someone put in a master disconnect switch and a decent fuel/water seperator...and you have the 'hi output' heater/defroster system...with a bypassed heater core...
I am a diesel convert...my '85 is my first diesel...I love it so much that I talk to it sweetly when...
That is one beautiful truck...!!!
It is funny that I was thinking about adding something like that front end to mine, as well...recently...
but my truck will never look as good as yours...you have the best aggressive stance I have seen, yet...!!
I dare anything to try to stop you...
Let's...
What kind of grease are you using...?
On torquing...I imagine that everyone has 'their own way' to do things...but on wheel bearings like that...I snug 'em up real good and spin the hub and then back off the nut a bit until things turn a bit more freely...to allow a grease film to get between...
Whoa....
I wish that I could have been a fly on the wall and seen that...
Truth sometimes is stranger than fiction...
My Girl is one to always be in motion, too....
Makes life interesting...
Sounds pretty handy...
Can we see a pic of it so that the less inventive ones of us can get some ideas...or...shamelessly copy it..?
I mean...given the fact that I am never going to learn...(about parking stuff on the roof and forgetting about it...)...I could use a better idea that would save...
@IDIBRONCO ....
Can we see a better pic of your grapple on the loader bucket..?
Looks pretty nifty...
By the way...that is one nice tractor...just my speed...
If I was not so enamored of my little guy I would be jealous...but still...I'll bet you get a lot of utility outta that machine...
I always gotta learn the hard way...this helmet was brand new-never been used and I hadda go and put it on the roof of 'Ol One-Ton facing the sun to charge it up...little did I know at that moment that in a few minutes I needed to move the truck...
Just this morning The Girl was looking for her...
I have a feeling that an originally turbo-ed diesel that has the turbo missing would be gutless..that is to say the power level would be so low that it would be useless as a prime mover...maybe it would work as a garage heater...but be very inefficient in that role...
When you turbo a...
