Well it did to me again yesterday but I absolutely had to be at a customers house so I jumped off the relay wire and it hasnt done it again after that. I found that I have one 850cca battery and one 450cca? Could that be the problem? None of the splices are on the relay wire and I can feel the...- TMACK0034

Well I somehow got it to start. I traced the wire from the starter all the way back to the fuse panel under the dash and no breaks. I noticed a couple of splices where the previous owner had told me he wired and switch to start the truck that I have since taken out. I moved those out of the way...- TMACK0034

Hey guys I need some help! I've looked through all the forums and looked at everything they have said. Ive checked my starter relay and it is clicking when I turn the key. Yes I lined them up straight I believe I will check it again tomorrow just to be certain. I cracked the injectors one at a time to bleed them and kept doing that until all the air bubbles were gone. No I removed the IP from the gear and housing. The housing stayed on the engine and I installed the back the same way. I read to not remove the housing and I didn't want to make things any harder- TMACK0034

There are 5 or so 7.3 idi out at the salvage and couple of recent additions. The guy only wants $50 for an IP. Should give that a shot before I shell out $300 or more for an IP. I definitely replace it this summer with a brand new when I have more income from my landscaping.- TMACK0034

The question I have though is I took the top of it off last night to look at the FSS and look inside the IP for any bits of sludge or anything that is not supposed to be there. Yes I took the return line of the top of the IP and it was a getting a good steady stream of fuel. The FSS does click off and on when I unplug it and plug it back in. Yes it has power to it. I was hoping that was the problem so I checked that and the other connections and they all have the correct voltage. The IP was a little loose where it bolts to the timing gear cover. I was wondering if that could affect it not running? I'm trying everything I can before...- TMACK0034
