EGR assassination plans?
This is the best advice. My truck runs like crap with it unplugged - and my mileage goes way downhill - by 5mpg or more. Acceleration is poor and will blow white smoke on start up. The colder it is the more it sucks. So - unplug it and try it out first to make sure it's what he really...- rgdillon

Are you running syn or dino oil? I found that mine starts easier with syn - i.e. one key cycle if I don't plug her in. Dino oil - she likes to have the double key cycle. Of course it's not as cold here as where you are - she will start no matter what - just don't get the early morning romps...- rgdillon

Removing muffler on a 6.0L
I don't actually know of anyone who has removed it on a 6.0L. I'm sure that there would be a slight gain without the restriction though. How much - maybe not enough to really notice. Ron- rgdillon

03/04 Harness Recall -
I had three recalls total. 04B24 was for the tranny. 05S34 was for the wire harness along with the ICP connector. 05E15 was for the EP and connector with software update. I had all three done at the same time. Previously I had the EGR, EBP and some other sensor replaced. Didn't really...- rgdillon

Changing Injectors -
Have ordered a new set of injectors along with the install kit - should be here by Thursday. Any tips or anything I need to know before I get started on this? Truck is a 94 with 236K on it - original injectors and all. Thanks, Ron- rgdillon

Remote - Door Lock/Unlock
On my 2001 - you could be half a mile away it seemed and the thing would work. On my 2004 - you damn near have to be standing right next to it. I have changed batteries in the key fob deal - different brand of batteries - don't know what to do next. Anybody know how these work? As in...- rgdillon

That would be what - 124 mph (I think) - so no - speed limiter for one I think kicks in around 98 mph. Not postive though. Ron- rgdillon
