NO CEL. Yesterdays run was about 5-600 miles in on the last oil change, synthetic oil. Like I said its run this way since right after I got it. I need to update the Sig Line. I have done a OEM oil Cooler, EGR Delete, Blue Spring, Thermo, Coolant Flush, and had the Turbo Cleaned. I did...- Pull-n-TugTx

Loss of Torque???
My truck has never had that kinda of response since I got it!! I did check the ICP/HPOP pressure yesterday on a test drive. Never got over 2,500 psi at a 60mph to WOT. So I'm thinking HPOP is weak or ICP valve???? any thoughts on that?- Pull-n-TugTx

Alright so I have been trying to figure this out since I got the '03 back in August. Done the oil cooler, egr delete, coolant flush, blue spring, thermo, degas bottle cap, turbo cleaned. Everything seems ok at normal acceleration, but at 3/4 pedal to WOT it just does not build any speed...- Pull-n-TugTx

Vibrations at load!
Crawled under there this morning. Found the Carrier Bearing rubber is shot. Lots of free movement in at the Carrier and grease spun all over around it. So thats where I'm going to start.- Pull-n-TugTx

Vibrations at load!
Been reading around and wondered what ya'll think. So I get a heavy vibration under the seats when Im holding speed on letting of the pedal to change speed. If Im all the way off the pedal vibrations stops instantly no matter the speed. So, Im thinking U-Joints and Carrier Baring! I just read...- Pull-n-TugTx

Thermo is missing?
Started pulling things off this morning to do the EGR Delete Coolant Filter. Noticed that the Thermo was missing. O-Ring is still in the grove, but the Thermo was gone. Wonder what they might have been trying to hide? Or did the y just forget to put it back in??:confused: ECT temps on the...- Pull-n-TugTx

Thanks FordGuy100!!! SO did I understand that, I -Flush, -EGR Delete, -Drive, Flush, -Oil Cooler and Coolant Filter! Two separate tear downs?? Here is what I'm leaning towards, as far as products, let me know your opinion. Sinister Basic Solution and Coolant Filter. Did find that MKM...- Pull-n-TugTx

Well bad news! ECT 198* EOT 225* So looks like Im parking the new rig till I do a Oil Cooler, FLUSH, and Delete!! Have read several places the phrase "Cold Soak" can y'all tell what the hell that means. Google gives me Airplane wing fuel temps, and Wine grapes!! Any response to this...- Pull-n-TugTx
