    Yeah, the prices on bed bolts is exactly the reason I'm looking for an alternative. Just did an electric fuel pump on my 03 7.3. Ford was almost 700. I got one with a lifetime warantee from Advance for just over 100.

    On-road and licensed. I'll use it in the spring as a back up to my 03 7.3 race car tow beast. Right now, I'm moving and have a ton to do. So just replace with appropriate bolts, OK. What is the difference between diesel and gas tanks and where can I buy the in tank sending unit??

    This is a plow truck and I don't have a ton of time at the moment so I'm trying to do this as quickly as possible. I'd love to pull the bed and go nuts but.... And, for some reason, I can't find bed bolts. I know, due to rust, there is a very good chance mine will be impossible to get off...

    Beginning to run better on rear tank. Front still poorly. Need to replace rear tank. It's leaking. So I'll need advice on what to replace "while I'm there".

    So, new glow plugs and new 850 cca batteries. Starts easier, still not great. Ran it on the rear tank and it ran better but not perfect. Still stalling.

    Also, it has a banks cleaner housing. No filter was inside and it's missing the screen on the intake as well.

    Did some diagnostics today. Rubber lines look a bit tired, so ordered a new return line kit. Also, only 1 glow plug checked out, so I need to replace all 8. The batteries were recently replaced but only 600cca ones, so I will upgrade to 850s. Hopefully this will help with starting.

    Just bought a 93 idi 4wd as a plow truck. It has had a decent amount of work done to it recently. When I bought it, it had no noticeable running/starting problems. Just before I picked it up, the fuel filter light came on and the po changed the filter. Now, it is very hard to start, runs rough...
