Boost increase
I installed an adjustable waste gate and have it set for 30PSI and it will actually hit 34PSI peak. I am still hitting 5-7PSI cruising depending on grade.- LostSoul

I would suggest that if you are seriously going to do this, that you get your hands on a parts vehicle. You will need Cross member, drive shaft, Clutch kit and master, flywheel, lines, pedal etc. These items along with some smaller items are much easier to grab off a Donner then to try and find...- LostSoul

2100 RPM Redline
Are you getting full travel out of the throttle? Have someone cycle the pedal with the truck off and get under the hood and see if it has any travel left past where the pedal will take it.- LostSoul

TQ Lock Up problems
I engage mine at about 80K if I do it in second, it flashes through the gears into OD anyway. Once I engage the switch, it is a totally different truck and will do the same thing 80-120 in no time. I hope it holds up for you, but keep an eye on it. I repaired a fuel cell with epoxy and it lasted a short time before the gas ate the seal and it was finished.- LostSoul

I Hate to be the bad guy, but it sounds like you are replacing a Sending unit. I would suggest getting a hold of a Rad/Gas Tank shop and see what they can do. I know we have sent some of the more expensive Sending units out to be repaired, but it is not always possible.- LostSoul

8.3L Injectors
I have a buddy that is a Diesel Mechanic and he has some Injectors out of an 8.3L that are good. He was saying we should install them in my 95. My question is, since my motor is actually out of a 93, will they work and with the Rotary pump feeding them, would I see a benefit from them?- LostSoul
