even if i were to put the EGT probe as close as i could to the turbo do you any of you think that id have an issue with EGTs getting higher in individual pistons because of increased back pressure on the turbo side? im just worried about gettin stuff too hot, i mean i watch my EGTs closely but i...- idihighboy

ok so i bought my buddys blown up 7.3 IDI (hes an idiot and ran the EGTs a little high and lost compression in one cylinder and i have yet to investigate it further) the engine has a 100% custom turbo setup with the compressor being of the non wastegated 7.3 powerstroke variety, im taking the...- idihighboy
