The pump installed is the pump that came installed in the truck. So I have no real idea of where it came from or how many miles are logged on the pump. So I installed used injectors bought from a man on this forum (jwalterus) (BB CODE) and I'm going to go from there. This is a side project...- helidiesel

Washer fluid and Surge tank set up is not installed
I would love to see those pictures of the in place of the tanks. Does the surge take just sit there is it held in place by the metal strap? Push in place type? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- helidiesel

Thank you sir. They all were pretty smooth. I was using a scribe to clean and poke around. Did not notice any hang ups. Next weekend will be the fuel return lines and system prime. And see how this injection pump is going to act. You have any of your timing sets ready to be rented sir? What is...- helidiesel

glow plug/controller issue has me stumped
With everything connected like it should be. What is the voltage drop over the post of the relay with key in the on pos? Should be 10+ volts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- helidiesel

Number 5 injector hole carbon build up!! This injector was loose when I removed them. Copper washer was glued in place by carbon!! Injector sealing washer seat looks great. One question. Do you put one side of the copper washer down? From where the washer is stamped when made makes a round...- helidiesel
