Ok men I have one turbo engine glow harness that I made. 35$ shipped to your door. Working on the non turbo next. Let me know if you are interested. Or if you want to make your own ill post up the info I used!!!

The pump installed is the pump that came installed in the truck. So I have no real idea of where it came from or how many miles are logged on the pump. So I installed used injectors bought from a man on this forum (jwalterus) (BB CODE) and I'm going to go from there. This is a side project...
I would love to see those pictures of the in place of the tanks. Does the surge take just sit there is it held in place by the metal strap? Push in place type?

When you reference the injection pump type. I did not know there were different types of pumps sir. Please enlighten me sir.

Thank you sir. They all were pretty smooth. I was using a scribe to clean and poke around. Did not notice any hang ups. Next weekend will be the fuel return lines and system prime. And see how this injection pump is going to act. You have any of your timing sets ready to be rented sir? What is...
With everything connected like it should be. What is the voltage drop over the post of the relay with key in the on pos? Should be 10+ volts.

Number 5 injector hole carbon build up!! This injector was loose when I removed them. Copper washer was glued in place by carbon!! Injector sealing washer seat looks great.
One question. Do you put one side of the copper washer down? From where the washer is stamped when made makes a round...
Ok so I put some extra thought into this after watching the video and rereading the post. And here is what I came up with.
1. As I read everything within the pulley system has been confirmed good. So what else is rotating? Injection pump? Input shaft? I'm sure there is more....
2. Fuel...
Why not a draft tube? And too much oil passing through the inlet side if the turbo to feed the engine is not good at all. Or am I missing something here?

Did you look into cleaning the or replacing the CDR? or a compression test for the massive amount of oil you speak of in the air intake?

The more I read this post I'm wondering more and more about your harmonic balancer. If it's the stock unit that's a lot of miles. Does not hurt to do simple paint line test. You paint one solid line from a point at the center of the balancer out to the out circle edge and run the motor through...
What I'm trying to say is what is your battery voltage in general. Or any loose connections at the battery's or ground ends. Weak battery's do crazy a thing even with out computers. Low voltage is always a problem. Nice jeep. Here in fl that's my only hill in the picture!! I hate it. What lead...
Ok but now you are putting the clamp on every wire to find the load. It's ez to determine if there is a draw but can be difficult to locate it. That's why the voltage drop of the fuses is the best troubleshooting for this situation IMHO.
Man there is such a long list of what ifs. I would start very simple. What the temp out side? Old fuel? Jelling? Air filter fuel filter? Loose connect at fuel pump? Loose water temp sensors/switches? Battery voltage? Loose connections anywhere?
