Nothing to add? I highly doubt everyone are still going with the old t19/18, as robust as it is, it still robs one of the overdrive function.- foreigner

Thnx pal, UPDATE; I just came back from Delano MN, all three F250 he had sitting around were equipped with 4.10 gears, so no luck there. BUT, there was a 89 F350 4x4 flat bed dually, can I use the ZF5 from it? What do I need if I plan on keeping my t-case and only swapping in the tranny?- foreigner

HELP!! I want to swap the differentials in my truck, mine are 4,10 I believe, look at the sticker, the beige one is from my truck, the blue one is from the donor truck which has 5.0 EFI (1896) with E4OD. Will they fit my diesel truck?? I got a T19 for a transmission with the ultra low 1st.- foreigner

Today's adventures... New headliner is up, close to the original color, good enough for me I guess, and it looks nice too. Nxt, I gotta patch up the seat or see what they got on LMC truck... What do you guys think?- foreigner

Does anyone have a tonneau cover for the box and a cab visor? Also a set of 3.55 gears front/back... Or how much would it cost to regear both ends for mpg- foreigner

Sir, you were right, it was too big, spent about an hour filing it down, and matched the gasket to the old lift pump (thank god the garbage truck hasn't come around yet) :) Now it fits!! And does not leak, regarding the gears, they are indeed 4.10's Oh and I also noticed that it leaks a little...- foreigner

According to the interstate speeds, probably 4.10...Ill check tomorrow. Mechanic special huh? :) it has had quite a few oil changes though, no filters just oil... they (farmer) have 4 ford ps trucks as well and john D tractors sittin around.. as I mentioned, I bought it because the body was in...- foreigner

Pulled heads on my 7.3 about a year ago :( 4 out 8 broke off..so I know where this is headed. For now, ether it is.. but thnx for giving me heads up- foreigner

Hmm, ok, Ill give it a go tomorrow. Oh, and this truck also has 8 non working auto-lites in it with a non working GP relay and controller :( So it only start with a TINY squirt of ether- foreigner

Ok folx, I ended up getting it, but only because the lack of rust and rot on the body itself. This F250 has been on the farm and owned by the same family since new, but had a somewhat hard life.
