Hey Chris, if I remember right, Ken only charges more for the 6.9 style pumps. Call him and be persistent. Just so you know what you are paying for, the main difference between a stock pump and a DPS pump is that the timing and fueling curves are shifted so that the pump pulls hard all the way...- Diesel JD

Hey Chris, since you have a turbo, the best pump for you would be DPS turbo cal or a Moose Pump from Agnem. If you can't swing those look for your local, authorized stanadyne shop. Ray, good to see you here. It sounds like Agnem and others' concerns about you were justified however. Back OT. I have noticed the same thing with my glow plugs when they've failed. In that regard you're absolutely correct rjjp. This would cost someone with less stellar fabrication skills a lot more, and getting the fuel you need for this setup is not easy either. You have it backwards. He had a torque number that appears to be true and accurate, but since there was no RPM pickup one of the parameters from the HP equation was missing. The result is that true HP could only be estimated. The estimate was too high, but I believe it was an honest mistake...- Diesel JD

Chris I agree with what Jim says. It's that crossover return, where it plugs into the main return back to the tank, or at least that has ha[[ened to me 2 or 3 times after "surgery" on the truck. It makes a leak that can be observed "peeing" as you say. A weep hole IP leak is more of a drip...- Diesel JD

More Progress on the 6.9 Rebuild!
So they do a chromoly coat on the skirts as well? Anything in WI is good for me, as I have lots of friends up there.
