Brian, remember the mac and cheese has to be in the oven for an hour after I get there. My daughter made it up today, all but the oven part.
We're not going to able to walk away after all this food you have.

It dawned on me, looking at Brian's post, that the oven might be in steady use. I'm cooking the mac and cheese here and will need only to warm it up before eating time. I don't know how much oven time it will need, but certainly less than an hour. If it can be combined with other things in the oven that would be even better. It wants to be at 350*F.
