In my boredom the other evening I ran across this video, and immediately said is that a glow plug on his dash? And it of course was a glow plug on his dash.

I kinda think this is hilarious, but in a clever and kinda practical for those of us with manual push button setups to see how long you are glowing the plugs kinda way.

I don't like the idea of potentially melting things but damn, that's kinda cool..

That whole set up is ridiculous. I'd be embarrassed for anyone to see that whole mess.

Haha trust me outside of the glow plug I'm a bit concerned as to what the goal is there, but I did think it might be mildly entertaining to find some sort of way to wire up just a plug in a safe way to see how much glowed it is. I guess watching 7-8 ticks of the watch is just as good and less hazardous to your health potentially though haha

nothing like getting a little instant heat in the cab baby! lol.he should install a whole row!:D could you imagine running an off brand plug that's known to explode and or to have his controller..eerr switch, fail ON and explode that thing right in his face!.........or worse having a chunk of that hot metal land down between his legs!:eek: yikes!
