7.3 Dipstick Trouble!

Hey guys. Having a bit of unfortunate luck. My dipstick broke in 2. Just wondering if anyone has one laying around they want to sell. It's for an 88 F-250 7.3 Idi 2wd. I've been searching for 3 days and can't find one. The only number I have that came off the dipstick is1811229c2. Please message me if you have one. Thanks!

Well there ya go. A new part for our old idi engine. Kinda glad to see this is a one size fits all stick too. Sure opens up an wrecking yard donor engine. Best to lay both sticks side by side when you get them. Make sure they measure the same. If not just make new marks..

our trucks use sticks of three different lengths. honestly, the difference is roughly 2 qts. i suspect the longer ones was used for the customers complaining of their oil "foaming" with a 2.5 gal capacity, who is really going to miss 2 quarts?
