Yeah, I guess I didn't look for one. Just assumed it had one! Speaking of pricing though, what do these units go for used ? I don't know if one is more desirable or not.

His price is a bit much. For not a whole lot more, you could get a reman.
But, that is typically what a 4x4 diesel one goes for.

I've got a 4x2, so I'm guessing that might work in my favor?

We are talking about transmission + PTO? Right?

No...
The seller is just mentioning that the trans is pto capable, imo. Yes, all diesel zfs have it. (Actually zf5/6 period, I think)
If he had a pto unit with it, I guarantee his price would be doubled.

Yeah, that is kinda steep for a transmission alone, great price for transmission with PTO. I am currently in the market for a zf with pto,

Bolt pattern looks to be correct, I can’t guarantee anything past that. Buyer would need to do research on the part and their application themselves

Gotcha. Most of the patterns are similar. But the gears are specific. And you have to set a close tolerance on the gear mesh/preload. Ask me how I know. Lol

Yeah very familiar with using those shim/gaskets on our big Eaton’s. Sucks you have to drain and refill every time you need to add or remove a shim

Folks in this state think ZF's are freggin gold. Prices on anything Ford truck have gotten stupid. Prices on anything really. Caught an ad on a local FB group for a Geo Tracker, fit wanted $10K! "Everything is new or rebuilt", but you could see a fist size rust spot on the hood.
